This song describes how I felt the first few times I went to church. Everyone prayed so beautifully, knew all the verses. The singer seemed as if she was singing to God as if no one else existed in that moment. I felt like I didn’t belong, didn’t deserve what they had. But now that I have surrendered my life to Jesus Christ, I feel different, changed, driven.
